Mindfulness is a practice which has become more popular over the last 50 years as the movement has gone from an eastern traditional teaching to a western scientific exploration.

Whilst mindfulness is a simple technique to learn, it requires practice to initiate.

This 6 weekly course is designed to teach you the pratice of mindfulness with an emphasis on health, for example, how mindfulness can improve your mental and emotional well-being as well as your relationship and awareness of your body.

When: Sunday evenings from May12th until June 23rd (with a break for Queens birthday weekend, June 2nd) 7pm-8pm

Where: Grassroots Yoga Studio at the Tannery, Woolston, Christchurch

How much: $120.00 over 6 weeks ($20 per session) including GST. Maximum 20 people
