Almond oil is high in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It is a light oil that leaves a silky feeling on the skin, and is often used in massage oils. Its fatty aid composition from largest to smallest is : oleic acid (C18:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), palmitic acid (C16:0), palmitoleic acid (C16:1) and stearic acid (C18:0).
