Better Sleep | Relaxing Tea

If you aren’t sleeping well and you need a ‘Better Sleep’ then this is the tea for you. Better Sleep Tea is one of our most popular teas ~ because many people suffer from the dreaded insomnia but also because this tea makes such a noticeable difference. Better sleep tea is for mild insomnia ~ it is actually a relaxant not a sedative {for a sedative tea check out our KO cuppa}. Relaxants prepare the mind and body for sleep and they work by relaxing the nervous system not sedating it. When we are tired at night but also overthinking or ‘wired’ then we need relaxing.  It will help you relax and it should help you to sleep through the night. You can also drink it the next day if you want to feel chilled out or if you are an anxious person ~ as it will take the edge off the nerves. Make sure you have had 7-8 hours sleep the night before as otherwise you will want to go to sleep during the day! Teas are especially helpful for getting off to sleep faster. As the tea brews in the pot the herbal constituents are ready to be absorbed straight into the body and you can ride the wave of tiredness that you can feel as you are drinking it. Enjoy!
