Dr Feelgood Tea | Anxiety Tea


Dr Feelgood Tea is here! This tea is for times when stress and worry seem a little overwhelming. This tea is for drinking during the day to promote feelings of calmness or helping the GABA receptors in the brain which induce calm. Oats is also highly nutritive making this tea a beneficial way to get nutrients as well. The inclusion of Marshmallow and Tulsi not only make this tea tasty and refreshing but helps relieve IBS symptoms due to the volatile oils of the Tulsi and the soothing aspects of the Marshmallow. Along with Motherwort this also helps to reduce the blood pressure during stressful situations, making this tea a perfect accompaniment for the work day!

This tea contains: Oats, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lemon balm, Motherwort, Marshmallow & Tulsi.

All of our herbal tea blends are created by us and are made from quality local {where possible} and imported herbs from mainly organic herb farms. 20 grams will last just over a week and 50 grams will last for up to a month when drunk daily. Reuse leaves 2-3 times until spent. Enjoy.

Infusion: Take 1 teaspoon of herb and steep in a pot for 20 minutes. Drink 2-3 times daily. Best taken at this dose initially in order to build up effect, then drink daily as needed.


These herbs may interact with pharmaceutical medication, particularly anti-depressants, anxiety medications or anti-psychotics. In some cases these interactions can be beneficial and in other cases not recommended.
