This English breakfast tea will knock your socks off. This is a quality organic black tea which makes a lovely strong brew with a clean crisp taste. Black tea has many properties. After fermentation from green tea to black tea, about 15% of the catechins remain unchanged and the rest convert into
theaflavines and thearubigins. These polyphenols give black tea its dark colour.
Tea has a long history of use dating back over 5000 years and been used medicinally in many Asian countries. It has now been verified by research that the antioxidants in Black tea confer health benefits to the cardiovascular system, brain, digestion and metabolic system.
