If we take anything that reduces or kills off bacteria only {such as antibiotics} this lets the yeast multiply while the bacteria take time to regroup causing problems such as thrush outbreaks. Treatment of Candida requires support to specifically help eliminate it from the gut in order to let the good bacteria take over again ~ this is where Candex comes in. Candex contains 3 specific probiotics Saccharomyces and Lactobacillus which help reduce the amount of Candida in the gut and recolonise the the gut. Taking this product during a course of antibiotics if you are prone to Candida outbreaks after antibiotics, or as part of a holistic treatment of Candidia albicans outbreaks helps to reduce the incidence of it recurring.
