Gaia herbs are organically grown on the Gaia herb farm in USA. Carefully cultivated and extracted they are made into a liquid capsule for ease of use and still retaining the therapeutic benefits of a liquid extract.
Echinacea and Goldenseal are a famous combination used for sinus and upper respiratory infections – in particular the ones that don’t want to budge.
We recommend 2 capsules 3 x daily for those stubborn infections and a gradual reduction in dose when symptoms improve. We don’t recommend the long term use of Goldenseal as it can affect the gut flora if used over time. Taking a quality probiotic with multi species is a good idea alongside this as the benefits to the immune system from taking probiotics are also well known.
