Hydrosols and floral waters are the by-product of the steam distillation of essential oils. This process involves placing the herb through a steam draft and channeling the by catch through the still. This separates the essential oil from the water component. Hydrosols are the water component.
Hydrosols can be used as facial toners or for specific health issue such as achy legs and veins. Floral waters also make a lovely spritz for hot summer days.

For Christchurch customers we have a refill service where you can bring back your 100ml spray bottle and we will refill it with the same hydrosol at a cheaper price for the same quantity. Please keep the labels on your bottle intact.
