Immunity Tea is our great tasting blend of immune boosting herbs designed to help ward off illness over the winter months. If drunk daily it can help prevent colds as the Echinacea root is an immune modulator and the Elderberry has researched antiviral effects. Along with the supportive herbs like Rosemary, Kawakawa and Thyme this is a great tasting brew which tastes like fresh Thyme from the garden. Try it yourself or share it at the office ~ see if you can have a competition with your workmates about who can not get sick over winter ~ they wont even know its the tea unless you tell them! All of our herbal tea blends are created by us and are made from quality local {where possible} and imported herbs from mainly organic herb farms. 30 grams will last just over a week and 80 grams will last for up to a month when drunk daily. Reuse leaves 2-3 times until spent. Enjoy.

Infusion: Take 1 teaspoon of herb and steep in a pot for 20 minutes. Or steep overnight and drink the next day.
