Magic Mushroom Mix is so named because of the wonderful properties of these 3 mushrooms on the immune system – Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms. Polysaccharides interact with immune cells in the gut and help modulate the immunity from the gut upwards meaning taking the mushrooms daily is a great way to keep the immune system healthy and prepared for infection. If you are run down and exhausted the immune system gets affected so taking the mushrooms before sickness is a great idea or if run down, at the beginning of winter or after recovering from an illness.
We blend this at the store and it comes in a small cellophane bag which is compostable
