Mindfulness for Health with Simone


This 6 weekly course is designed to teach you the pratice of mindfulness with an emphasis on health, for example, how mindfulness can improve your mental and emotional well-being as well as your relationship and awareness of your body.

Come and explore the technique and learn about its benefits.

When: 6 weeks – Sunday May 12th – June 23rd (no class Queens birthday weekend June 2nd) 7-8pm – Maximum 20 people

Where: Grassroots Yoga studio @ The Tannery

How much: $120 per person ($20 per session)
