Mugwort tea is mainly used for its unusual action of helping increase dreamtime. Taken before bed Mugwort increases dream recall.
The essential oil in Mugwort is similar to Wormwood and is very potent containing high levels of camphor and has de-worming actions.
As well as that Mugwort is useful for peri-menopausal complaints.
However it must be avoided during pregnancy and should be avoided in women trying to concieve.
