Neti pot ceramic

Neti pots are an Ayurvedic traditional remedy for cleansing the nasal passages and helping to clear the sinus.

These lovely ceramic handmade Neti pots are made right here in Christchurch and come in 3 gorgeous colours with instructions.

All you need to do is place warm distilled water with added salt, to the pot and turn the head on an angle. Placing the spout of the Neti pot into the top nostril, breathe through the mouth and let the solution pass through the nasal cavity and pass out the other lower nostril into a sink or basin.

Ensure cleanliness at all times and wash and dry the pot afterwards.

Many hayfever sufferers find this a helpful way to keep the nasal passages clear throughout the season, as well as during or after a head cold.
