P M Tea is a combination of herbs that helps normalise some of the uncomfortable symptoms associated with menstruation. Ladys mantle is an astringent and helps to reduce heavy blood flow, Oats and Lemon balm help with the mood and frayed nerves, Cinnamon helps to regulate the blood sugar levels thereby helping to reduce sugar cravings and Calendula and Yarrow help to reduce the spasm in the uterus and relieves excess fluid retention.  Therefore this tea may help you with those PMS symptoms! As with all complex conditions many layers need to be treated but this tea can make a difference. For a thorough exploration of the underlying factors causing your PMS a consultation is needed to look for what might be causing the imbalance in the first place. This tea can be drunk in the preceding days and during the period for best effects. Enjoy!

All of our herbal tea blends are created by us and are made from quality local {where possible} and imported herbs from mainly organic herb farms. 20 grams will last just over a week and 50 grams will last for up to a month when drunk daily. Reuse leaves 2-3 times until spent. Enjoy.

Infusion: Drink at least twice daily pre-menstrually. Take 1 teaspoon of herb and steep in a pot for 20 minutes.
