Red bush is a unique flavoured tea that many drink as a caffeine free alternative to black and green tea. It is rich in antioxidants including quercetin and aspalathin. Studies have shown drinking red bush tea may lower cardiovascular risk and improve blood glucose management.
We have red bush tea in our Blood Sugar Tea blend.
All of our teas are organic or wild harvested from natural surroundings. Enjoy!
