Sandersons Magnesium FX tablets

Ahh Magnesium – It performs so may functions. It helps us get off to sleep when we are over excited or agitated. It helps relieve sore and tight muscles. It helps balance our blood sugar levels somewhat. It really is necessary for so many functions we cant live without it. Often we don’t realise we are Magnesium deficient until we get some sort of symptoms. We tend to keep a happy equilibrium if we aren’t stressed or taxing ourselves but as soon as we overdo it with exercise, stress or poor diet we tend to need it again and again. I love this tablet because it doesn’t cause diarrhea like some of the other cheaper forms and it is affordable as we tend to go through lots of Magnesium.

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body and is essential to good health. Over 300 biochemical reactions in the body require magnesium. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also helps regulate blood sugar levels, promotes normal blood pressure, and is known to be involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis. No wonder we need it!

We like Sandersons because they are a NZ company selling affordable, high quality supplements all made in certified Good Manufacturing Practice {GMP} labs from around the world, using natural ingredients from nature. Enjoy!
