If you are a Qualified Health Practitioner, Naturopath, Herbalist or Medical Doctor and want to use our dispensary service, please send us your patient prescription by filling out the form below. We will arrange delivery and payment with your patient in store or over the phone.

If you would like to request that we stock a product, please fill out this form and let us know this is a product request for future patients and we  will get back to you once we have your item in stock.
