Valerian’s nerve tonic properties are suitable for those who have experienced nervous exhaustion.

It strengthens the nervous system, reduces excitability and promotes relaxation.

Valerian benefits sleep onset and sleep maintenance. It can be used during the daytime at the low dose and at night to promote sleep at the high dose. We have added Chamomile flower to make it taste better and work better.

Valerian root, Chamomile flower


For day time use 3 ml 1-3 times daily. For sleep onset 9 ml once at night. Use continuously for best results, up to 4 weeks. Contains alcohol and glycerine.


Some people feel more alert when taking Valerian. If this occurs for you, take it in the morning instead of night or switch to another herb with nerve tonic properties.
Valerian may not be suitable to use with anti-depressant medications. Check with your health professional before taking.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
