Ethical Nutrients Immune Defence contains a high strength of Andrographis shown in studies to reduce the severity and duration of a cold virus at 6 grams a dose so that is what this tablet contains. It also contains Echinacea an immune tonic, Siberian ginseng for reducing the symptoms of a cold and Turmeric which also reduces cold symptoms. This contains a daily recommended intake of Zinc, vitamin A which firm white blood cells increasing the efficacy of the herbs in the formula. This product works and works well.
