After graduating in Psychology at the University of Canterbury, Simone completed a 3 year Diploma in Herbal Medicine then completed the Bachelor in Natural Therapies at the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. Simone has a particular interest in the science of Herbal Medicine and in particular the research in the pharmacology of Herbal Medicines. Simone has also trained with Fitgenes genetic profiling which looks at how your genes interact with lifestyle and dietary influences.
Simone’s background in Community mental health, Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation, Nutrition & Herbal Medicine has made her particularly good at helping patients with mental health issues. Simone also takes the time to educate her patients about what is going on in their body to help people understand their own biochemistry in order to help make the right changes. Simone’s specialises in Diabetes management, Cardiovascular health, Mental health & immune issues.
During your initial appointment Simone will do a thorough assessment based on your current symptoms and medical history. Simone will also analyse your diet & lifestyle to assess any risk factors, so that you get a holistic, preventative approach to your health & will work with your own GP when needed.
During follow up appointments she will follow your progress and teach you how to address the underlying concerns and learn how to overcome these with dietary changes, stress management techniques and simple herbal remedies. You will learn how to look out for your warning signs and symptoms in the future.

- 15 minute follow up or one off appointment ~ Assess progress & follow up as needed ~ $40
- Warrant of Fitness Package ~ Initial appointment, 45 minute follow up & 30 minute follow up ~ $320
- Creme de la Creme Package ~ Initial appointment, 45 minute follow up, 4 x 30 minute follow ups ~ $520
You can choose to pay as you go or book a Warrant of Fitness or Creme de la Creme Package and save on your last appointment. This also books in your commitment!
Further follow ups can then be booked on a case by case basis and you can come back anytime for quick catch ups & new herbal prescriptions.
