Leigh has studied a Bachelor of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine and combines a traditional knowledge base with a scientific evidence based herbal medicine practice. Leigh values integrity, collaboration and empowerment when working with clients and weaves her passion for social justice into her herbal medicine practice.
Leigh works within trauma-informed, harm-reduction, trans-affirming, and queer and takatāpuhi safe frameworks. Specific clinical areas of interest include sexual and genitourinary health, substance use and addictions, post-infection syndromes including long-COVID and CFS/ME, mental health and endocrine conditions.
Leigh offers discounts for her client consultations for the following folks: Māori and/or Pacific Islanders; SuperGold card holders; Community Services Card holders; asylum seekers and refugees; and Disability Support Service clients. Ask at the time of booking for more information.
During your initial appointment Leigh will do a thorough assessment based on your current symptoms and medical history. Leigh will also analyse your diet & lifestyle to assess any risk factors, so that you get a holistic, preventative approach to your health & will work with your own GP when needed.
During follow up appointments she will follow your progress and teach you how to address the underlying concerns and learn how to overcome these with dietary changes, stress management techniques and simple herbal remedies. You will learn how to look out for your warning signs and symptoms in the future.

- 45 minute follow up or one off appointment ~ Assess lifestyle changes, diet changes & herbal remedies plus delve into implementation of your plan ~ $120
- 30 minute follow up or one off appointment ~ Track progress, make changes, educate & motivate ~ $80
- 15 minute follow up or one off appointment ~ Assess progress & follow up as needed ~ $40
- Warrant of Fitness Package ~ Initial appointment, 45 minute follow up & 30 minute follow up ~ $320
- Creme de la Creme Package ~ Initial appointment, 45 minute follow up, 4 x 30 minute follow ups ~ $520
You can choose to pay as you go or book a Warrant of Fitness or Creme de la Creme Package and save on your last appointment. This also books in your commitment!
Further follow ups can then be booked on a case by case basis and you can come back anytime for quick catch ups & new herbal prescriptions.
