Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Items delivered by NZ Post or Post Haste are left in a letterbox or suitable place. Lost or stolen items are not covered if the courier provides proof of delivery.

Seller Obligations

We commit to dispatching goods promptly and notifying customers if items are out of stock. Customers can choose to wait for restock or request a refund.

Damaged Goods Policy

Handling Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund. If damaged goods are in a reasonable condition i.e. the packaging is damged but the product is not then refunds will not be accepted. Note that refunds for damaged goods are contingent upon carrier approval, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving any issues.

Refund & Return Conditions

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness. Refunds are only issued for unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. A return bag will only be provided by us for incorrect items. Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable & return courier is your responsibility unless we have provided the incorrect item through no fault of your own.

Climate Changes & Plant Medicine

Please note that because herbs are plants there are variables within the local and overseas climate that means sometimes herbs are out of stock for long periods of time or prices go up & down. We may place items out of stock or a formula may temporarily require a substitute herb. We will inform you of any changes to formula before sending so please check emails following your order. We may also order from local or overseas suppliers depending on availability which may not be reflected in the herbal description.
