Sandersons EsterPlex is a combination of esterified vitamin C which means it has several types of vitamin C present to be available for absorption at different sites in the GI tract. This also means that it reduces the risk of gastric upset. This is a high dose tablet which is great for those that dose up on vitamin C when they feel a cold coming or to shorten the duration of a cold. Vitamin C is best used with Zinc for common colds and some herbal Echinacea for boosting the natural killer cells of the immune system.
