Sandersons Fish Oil 2000 is our Fish oil capsule of choice. We have tested this product ourselves and found it to be one of the best retail Fish oil products on the market. We test this by tasting it for rancidity. Rancid fish oils taste decidedly fishy where as these have only a mild fish taste which is the way they should taste! These capsules are also the potency of 2 standard Fish oil capsules which means less pills to swallow. The dose range is 1-3 capsules daily in order to get the recommended 6000 mg of Fish oil daily. Fish oil contains the important and necessary Omega 3 fatty acids necessary for your cellular health and for controlling inflammation {http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27281302}. Our own anti-inflammatory chemicals are made up from Omega 3 oils when they are present in the blood. These are also our heart healthy oils and so long as they are of good quality we are getting the benefits of the Omega oils present.
