Sandersons Junior EsterPlex for children is a combination of esterified vitamin C which means it has several types of vitamin C present to be available for absorption at different sites in the GI tract. This also means that it reduces the risk of gastric upset. This is a great tablet for kids with compromised immune systems and perfect for taking if a cold is coming or to shorten the severity of a cold. Vitamin C is best used with Zinc for common colds and some kids Echinacea for boosting the natural killer cells of the immune system. The tablets are a natural orange flavour and made with natural sweeteners – sucrose, maltodextrin, stevioside & sorbitol.
Vitamin C pays many different roles in the body, not only in the white blood cells but also in the formation of collagen meaning eczema and other skin disorders can also benefit from vitamin C.
